Want to be able to use your Arduino to detect movement? Or tell how far your robot is from the nearest obstacle? This course will go over some common sensors that are used with Arduino, including how they work and how you can use them to make your next project great! Anybody is welcome to attend, but people with some basic Arduino familiarity will benefit most from this course. Additional participants are welcome if you bring your own laptop–please choose the “I Will Bring my Own Laptop” registration option.
All class attendees must have an NRH or NTLC member library card in good standing. Please read The Maker Usage Policy for more information. All attendees must complete a Maker Agreement before attending the class. Please arrive early to the class so that it can begin on time.
This class is open to those 10 years of age and older. Children ages 10-13 must have a parent attend class with them.
